Heatherhill Primary School has a whole school transition program to support children transitioning from kindergarten to primary school. Students enrolled at Heatherhill Primary School for 2022 are invited to attend three transition sessions. The prep transition days and dates are:

• Transition sesson one - Friday, November 26 - 9:15am - 10:15am
• Transition sesson two - Friday, December 3 - 9:15am - 10:15am
• Orientation session three - Tuesday, December 7 - 9:00am - 12:00 noon

To confirm enrolment, please submit the below completed documentation to the school office:

1. Enrolment form
2. Immunisation History Statement - for children under seven who are registered with Medicare, this statement can be obtained by calling Medicare on 1800 653 809 or by lodging an online request at the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register
3. Evidence of birth date - a copy of your child's Birth Certificate and, if available, a copy of Passport
4. International enrolments - a copy of your child's birth date and a copy of your child's Passport
5. Copy of Visa status - (if applicable).

• Your child must turn five years of age by April 30 in the year of school entry.
• the originals of these documents must be sighted and photocopied at the school office.
